JUDGMENT 1.Heard. 2. Grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that some persons have made encroachment over the Government land. In this regard, the petitioner has already made a representation. Copy of the representation is filed along with this petition as Annexure P/2. 3. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order within a period of seven days and the Sub Divisional Officer, Kolaras District Shivpuri to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within six weeks. 4. It is hereby made clear that this Court has not opined about the merits of the case. Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
