JUDGMENT 1. - The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 470/1998 registered at Police Station Devgarh, District Rajsamand for the offence under Section 19/54 Rajasthan Excise Act. 2. The earlier bail application was dismissed on 22.10.2013 with a direction the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months. 3. The present bail application has been preferred after lapse of six months the trial is still not concluded. The petitioner is in custody for last ten months. 4. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioner-Raju S/o Bholu Ram be released on bail provided he executes i personal bond for a sum of 50,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court and also give an undertaking that he will appear on each and every date of tearing before that Court and whenever called upon to do so till the completion if the trial.Bail application allowed. *******
