JUDGMENT Dharnidhar Jha, J: - Heard both the sides. 2. It alleged that while some of the accused persons, like, the father-in-law or nanad had caught hold of the deceased, the present petitioner was egging on her son that he should cut her throat and kill the deceased. 3. The submission is that in addition to being a fabricated allegation, the lady could never have acted in such a cruel manner, to ensure the death of her daughter-in-law by being killed. 4. Considering the status of the petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner-Smt. Parveen be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh in connection with case crime no. 636 of 2013, under sections 498-A, 304-B, 506 IPC and section of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Quarsi, District Aligarh.
