JUDGMENT Parties are heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar matter i.e. W.P. No. 1648 of 2009 and W.P. He prays that this petition be decided in the same manner. Shri Newaskar, learned Deputy Govt. Advocate has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction that Gram Panchayat shall consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed in W.P. No. 1648 of 2009. If petitioner is entitled for similar relief, the same may be extended to him also. The petitioner shall produce the aforesaid order alongwith this order before the Gram Panchayat for necessary action. Petition stands disposed of.
