JUDGMENT 1.The present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeks following reliefs:- (i) Annexure P/4 whereby, the petitioner has been declared as disqualified may kindly be quashed. (ii) Respondents may kindly be directed to extend the benefit of clause 2.13 and by extending the benefit the marks be directed to be rounded off and petitioner be declared as qualified whereby she has received 90 marks which is requisite for the purpose of qualifying in the said examination. 2. The return has been filed by respondent No. 2 disclosing that in the revised result dated 31.07.2012 Annexure R-1, the Board by adopting the process of rounding off of the marks has declared the petitioner to be qualified in the Samvida Shala Shikshak Grade – 1 Eligibility Test Result 2011 (revised). 3. The relief sought by the petitioner in this petition appears to be satisfied. The petitioner has not prayed for any consequential relief. 4. The petitioner is free to file separate petition for claiming any consequential relief not prayed for herein. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
