At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the community certificate, as prayed for by the petitioner, had already been issued and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
