JUDGMENT Dharnidhar Jha, J: - Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased Priya who was married to accused Abhishek @ Sonu. It appears that she had given birth to a child also in 2012. 3. The allegation was that in spite of that the accused persons were not happy with the dowry given to them and were asking for some more dowry and, lastly, they set the deceased at fire and hospitalised her in Mission Hospital and also gave information to the informant, who came and found that her daughter had died. 4. Submission was that there is no mention of any details as to what was the demand for any particular item. Submission also was that there is no allegation that the deceased was being ill-treated or tortured and it is admitted that the accused persons had themselves admitted the deceased in the hospital and had sent information to the informant. Submission further was that the deceased had caught fire accidentally and had been burnt and died subsequently. 5. Regard being had to the submission and facts of the case, let the petitioner Smt. Ranoo Devi be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun in connection with Case Crime No. 273 of 2013, under Sections 498A, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P.Act, Police Station Uajhani, District Budaun.
