JUDGMENT HON'BLE SUNEET KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court for disposal of the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner dated 27.03.2014 in Original Suit No. 747 of 2014, Raju Versus Ram Asrey and others, pending before learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 1, Allahabad. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the said application notice has been issued fixing 28.04.2014. The petitioner belongs to the weaker section of the society and there is an apprehension that his property will be grabbed by the respondents who are powerful person of the society. 4. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, it is provided that the injunction application shall be decided on the next date fixed, if possible, or the court may consider for passing of an ex parte injunction order in the facts and circumstances of the case pending before it. 5. Untill 28.04.2014, status quo as on date in respect of the property in dispute shall be maintained. It is made clear that, in case, any party is aggrieved by this order, may file an application to recall the order. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
