Judgment : Challenging the order dated 25.08.2005 granting waiver and an opportunity to the respondent M/s.Brilliant Tutorials, Chennai, represented by its Managing Director, to prefer an appeal by filing an EIOP, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed. By this time, the appeal would have been filed and disposed of. Hence, this Court is not inclined to prosecute further. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
