JUDGMENT Opportunity was granted to the respondents by issuing notices in this writ petition on 26.8.2014. However, no return whatsoever has been filed. The only claim made by the petitioner is that she is discharging her duties on the post on which she was appointed, but she is not being paid the salary and thus the human rights available to the petitioner are violated. In view of the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the claim of the petitioner and to pay the salary of the petitioner, if due, from the appropriate date within a month from today, failing which the respondents-State would pay 12% interest on the said amount of salary. The writ petition stands disposed of.
