In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall file an appropriate affidavit before this Court and in that he would State that he continue to be in possession of the land, despite the award being passed by the acquiring authority. He would also state therein that though the award is passed, the respondents have not paid the compensation to him or have deposited before the appropriate forum.
