JUDGMENT Heard counsel for the parties. It is fairly contended by the counsel appearing for the parties that in view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Manoharlal Sharma Vs. The Principal Secretary and others, 2014 (9) Scale 693 and subsequent decision dated 24.09.2014 in Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 120 of 2012 between the same parties, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. As a result, with the consent of the parties, this petition is disposed of.
