ORDER 1. There cannot be compassion within compassion. Petitioner has already been offered compassionate appointment in terms of the policy of the State, which has already been upheld by the Full Bench of this Court in a decision rendered and reported in 2010 (3) PLJR 294 . If the petitioner has become a beneficiary of such a policy which, in the opinion of this Court, violates Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India then he cannot improve upon his employment through the backdoor by demanding engagement on a different post, position or pay. If the offer made by the Government in terms of the policy is not acceptable to the petitioner, he has the entire world open for him to conquer. 2. Writ is dismissed.
