JUDGMENT: Shri Himanshu Sharma submits that by communication dated 1.5.2014 (Annexure P-3), the Public Information Officer of PSC informed him that he may obtain the relevant answer sheets and for this purpose he shall supply self addressed envelope with requisite stamps. He submits that petitioner is ready to approach the office of respondent No.2 and said authority be directed to provide copies as per Annexure P-3. 2. Shri S.K.Jain submits that if petitioner approaches the respondent No.2, he will do the needful. Parties submit that a date may be fixed for this purpose. 3. Accordingly, with the consent of parties, it is directed that petitioner will approach the respondent No.2 on 27.10.2014. The respondent No.2 shall ensure that Annexure P-3 dated 1.5.2014 is complied with. Shri Jain is directed to communicate this order to respondent No.2 forthwith. With the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of. A typed copy of this order be given to counsel for the respondent.
