JUDGMENT Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Petitioners by means of this petition has prayed for a direction to the court concerned to decide Original suit No.1357 of 2012 (Umesh Chandra Gupta and another Vs. Smt. Girjesh Kumari and another) pending in the court of Additional Chief Munsif Magistrate IV (S.D.) Kanpur Nagar within a stipulated period of time. 3. In view of 2010 (1) ADJ 531 (DB) Km. Shobha Bose Vs. Judge Small Causes Court, I do not consider it fit to issue any positive direction for the time bound disposal of the suit. The petitioner is however at liberty to move an appropriate application in this regard to the court concerned and in case any application to this effect is moved, the court will consider it and do all that is necessary for the expeditious disposal of the suit depending upon the workload of the court and the pendency of other old cases before it. 4. Petition is dismissed with the above observation.
