JUDGMENT Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner by means of this petition has prayed for a direction to the court concerned to decide Suit No.310 of 2010, (Sri Ram Dharmshala Trust Vs. Shri Chandra Shekhar and another) pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Ghazipur within a stipulated period of time. 3. In view of 2010 (1) ADJ 531 (DB) Km. Shobha Bose Vs. Judge Small Causes Court, I do not consider it fit to issue any positive direction for the time bound disposal of the suit. The petitioner is however at liberty to move an appropriate application in this regard to the court concerned and in case any application to this effect is moved, the court will consider it and do all that is necessary for the expeditious disposal of the suit depending upon the workload of the court and the pendency of other old cases before it. 4. Petition is dismissed with the above observation.
