JUDGMENT Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner has applied for guardianship of his minor son under Section 7 /25 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1890/succession and it has been registered as Misc. case no. 18 of 2012 (Mohd. Ismile Khan alias Shama Vs. Smt. Sheda Khan) which is pending in the Principal Judge, Family Court at Meerut. 3. Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction for time bound disposal of the above miscellaneous case. 4. In view of limited prayer made above though it is not possible to issue any positive direction for the time bound disposal of the above misc. case in view of a Division Bench decision in the case of Km. Shobha Bose Vs. Judge Small Causes Court 2010 (1) ADJ 531 (DB), the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to proceed with the above suit on priority basis by curtailing all necessary adjournments and fixing short dates in quick succession so as to ensure its speedy disposal. 5. Petition disposed of.
