Judgment When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, may be permitted to withdraw the same and has also made endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
