ORDER : W.P.(C)No.75/2012: 1. Pursuant to the directions issued by us on the last date of hearing, i.e. on 25.11.2014, the Chief Secretary of the State of Tripura is present before us. 2. Shri P.S. Patwalia, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the State of Tripura has sought for some time to file an additional affidavit, inter alia, to indicate the exact figures of F.I.R.s which are filed for the purpose of identifying the number of missing children and the children which have been traced so far. 3. The request of the learned counsel is granted. 4. The presence of the Chief Secretary is dispensed with. 5. List the matter on 13th January, 2015.
