ORDER 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under section 482 of CrPC. 2. Criminal Case No.500/11 for the offence punishable under sections 452, 504, 323, 343, 389, 347 of IPC is pending against the petitioners. In that case, the petitioners entered into a compromise with the non-petitioner Ramkumar @ Chhidu Singh. The learned trial Court allowed the compromise petition under sections 323 and 504 IPC but as the other offences are not compoundable under the Code of Criminal Procedure, refused to compound the same. 3. After filing this petition, petitioners moved an application I.A.No.6674/14 for compromise. The parties were directed to appear before the Principal registrar for verification of the contends of the same. The Principal Registrar submitted his report on 5.9.2014. After verification from the petitioners and respondent present before him, the compromise has been arrived voluntarily without any fear or force. 4. Considering the aforesaid settlement there are no chances of recording conviction. The entire exercise would be a futility, therefore, in the light of the law down by the Hon'ble apex Court in Shiji alias Pappu and others v. Radhika and another, (2011) 10 SCC 705 , the criminal proceedings pending against the petitioners vide Criminal Case No.500/11 for the offence punishable under sections 452, 504, 323, 343, 389, 347 of IPC pending before the Court of JMFC, Bhind are hereby quashed. 5. With the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of.
