JUDGMENT 1.Petitioner was admitted in respondent No. 2 Raj Shree College of Education, Nariyal Kheda, Bhopal for the Academic Session 2007-08, to pursue B.Ed Course through the State Government Online Counselling. Respondent No. 2 Institute is affiliated to respondent No. 1 Barkatullah University, Bhopal for the purposes of examination. 2. Respondent No. 1 had also issued the admission card to the petitioner permitting her to appear in the examination. Grievance of the petitioner, however, is that although the examination was conducted in the year 2009 by respondent No. 1, the result of the examination has yet not been declared. 3. In an identical Writ Petition No. 814/2012, in the same fact situation, a Division Bench of this Court vide order-dated 24.6.2013 has directed respondent No. 1 to declare the result of similarly placed applicants. 4. As the petitioner was given admission through State Government Online Counselling, in respondent No.2/Institute, to pursue B.Ed Course for the Academic Session 2007-08, and respondent No.2 was approved for conducting B.Ed Course when examination was held, we find no reason as to why petitioner should be denied the relief. The petitioner was apparently not at fault in taking admission in respondent No.2/Institute. We accordingly direct respondent No. 1 University to immediately declare the result of petitioner’s B.Ed Examination. The petition is allowed, but without any order as to costs. CC as per rules.
