JUDGMENT : After conviction of the petitioners under Section 498A of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.22 of 2006, wherein, they have been sentenced to undergo RI for one year with fine of Rs.500/- each under Section 498A of IPC and RI for one year with fine of Rs.500/- each under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act respectively, the parties have entered into the compromise and filed I.A.No.3019 and 3020 of 2014 under Section 320(2) and 320 of Cr.P.C for recording compromise between them. The applications are supported with the affidavit of respondent/wife Kaneej Fatima and she is also represented by her counsel. In view of the aforesaid compromise, the compromise applications are taken on record and the conviction of the petitioners is set-aside in the light of the compromise. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
