JUDGMENT : They are heard. This review petition has been filed for review of the order dated 17/1/2014 passed by this Court in WP 1582/2013. 2. Main grievance of the petitioners in this review petition is that the Court has awarded compensation to the tune of Rs.One Lac in favour of the petitioner in the writ petitioner. 3. This Court in para 14 of the order under review has specifically held that before removal of boundary wall, no show cause notice was issued to the person concerned nor any proceedings were initiated, hence, the compensation was awarded. 4. It is well settled principle of law that no one has right of re-entry without notice to the other party. In this view of the matter, in our opinion, no case is made out for review of the order. Review petition is hereby dismissed.
