JUDGMENT : Heard. 2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 01.10.2014, passed in Writ Petition No.6112/2014. 3. The Writ Court has passed the following order:- “The grievance of the petitioner is that the police authorities are in search of petitioner's son Arun Kumar Gaurav in relation to PMT scam but are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. The petitioner has already preferred the representations, Annexues P/1 and P/2. I am only inclined to direct the respondents to deal with the said representations in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.” 4. Counsel for the appellant submits that police wants to arrest the son of the appellant against whom an offence has been registered. The police authorities have been harassing the family members of the appellant, although they are not accused in the offence. In support of the allegation, an affidavit was filed before the writ court. 5. Writ Court refused to grant any relief to the appellant on the ground that the appellant had already submitted representations – Annexures P/1 and P/2 and she can approach the authorities accordingly. 6. In our opinion, the order passed by the writ court is in accordance with law. Merely on the basis of the facts pleaded in the petition, the court can not reach on the conclusion that the appellant or her family members are being harassed by the police. 7. If there is any grievance to the appellant, she can approach the higher authorities as observed by the writ court or she can file a private complaint. 8. With the aforesaid observation, writ appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.
