JUDGMENT This is an application for restoration of Civil Revision No. 376/2014 dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 11.7.2014. It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he was not aware of listing of the aforesaid Civil Revision, therefore, he could not appear when the revision was taken up. Consequently, the revision was dismissed for want of prosecution. If the revision is not restored, the applicant would suffer irreparable loss. The applicant is very much interested in prosecuting the same. Such contentions are supported by an affidavit of learned Counsel for the applicant. Considering the aforesaid, this M.C.C. is allowed. Let Civil Revision No. 376/2014 be restored on its original number and be listed before the appropriate Bench for hearing. The M.C.C. stands allowed and disposed of.
