JUDGMENT : Heard on bail application. 2. This is the first bail application filed by applicants under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail. Applicants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Private Complaint No.2089/2010 pending in the Court of First Additional Session Judge, Morena for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC. Prayer for anticipatory bail was made on the ground that one complaint was filed by the complainant against the applicants in which cognizance was taken by the trial Court for the offence mentioned above and warrant was issued. 3. Prayer for anticipatory bail was opposed by learned Public Prosecutor. 4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that it is a case of private complaint, but without commenting on the merits of the case, application is allowed. It is directed that on or before 19-11-2014 applicants shall surrender before the trial Court/CJM Morena and thereafter on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/-(Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) each with one solvent surety each to the satisfaction of trial Court, they be released on bail, subject to compliance of the conditions enumerated under section 437(2) of Cr.P.C.
