ORDER : Ramesh Ranganathan, J. 1. This appeal is preferred against the order of the Judge, Family Courtcum- V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in F.C.O.P.No.570 of 2013 dated 04.11.2013. The first respondent herein filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to her and Rs.5000/- to the second respondent herein. By its order dated 04.11.2013 the Court below directed the appellant herein to pay Rs.8000/- to the first respondent and Rs.4000/- to the second respondent towards maintenance from the date of filing of the petition. 2. Both Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the appellant, and Sri G.V.S.Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents, would submit that the parties have arrived at an understanding; the order of the Court below be modified; and, instead of the amount directed to be paid in terms of the said order, the appellant would pay Rs.6000/- to the first respondent and Rs.3500/- to the second respondent towards maintenance from the date of filing of the petition. 3. Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the appellant, further requests that two months’ time be granted for the appellant to pay arrears of maintenance to the first respondent herein. The order of the Court below is modified, and the appellant herein is directed to pay Rs.6000/- (rupees six thousand only) to the first respondent, and Rs.3500/- (rupees three thousand five hundred only) to the second respondent towards maintenance from the date of filing of the petition before the Court below. The arrears of maintenance till date shall be paid to the first respondent within two months from today. The appellant shall continue to pay the monthly maintenance of Rs.9500/- (Rs.6000/- + Rs.3500/-) to the first respondent on or before the 5th of each month. 4. The Family Court Appeal is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
