JUDGMENT : Learned counsel for the parties after arguing for some time reached to a consensus. It is submitted that in view of changed circumstances and subsequent event, the petitioner and respondent No.5 may file their claim/representation within 15 days from today. Respondent No.2, in turn, shall decide the representation in accordance with law within 30 days their from. In view of aforesaid consensus, petition is disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioner and respondent No.5 to prefer representation as aforesaid. In the event such representations are preferred Collector shall decide it within 30 days in accordance with law. Till decision on representation, interim order passed by this court shall continue. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits. Petition stands disposed of.
