JUDGMENT : Heard. 2. This is the first application for bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. The applicant apprehends her arrest in connection with Crime No. 138/2014, registered at Police Station, Gohad Chowk District Bhind for the offence punishable under sections 307, 498-A of IPC. 3. It is alleged that the deceased Suman was harassed for demand of dowry by her husband and other family members, including her mother-in-law, the present petitioner. It is further alleged that on the date of incident, the family members beaten her and was taken into field, where with intention to kill her, accused Bunty @ Sudheer fired on her by firearm. 4. On behalf of the present petitioner, it is submitted that she is innocent. She is not attributed to causing any gun shot. Petitioner is woman and, therefore, she is entitled for anticipatory bail. 5. Learned Panel Lawyer vehemently opposed and submitted that all the three accused together beaten her and they took the deceased to the field, where Bunty @ Sudheer fired by firearm. Therefore, there was common intention. 6. On perusal of the case diary, it is felt that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner at this juncture. Application is dismissed.
