ORDER : I.A. No.6 of 2014 Heard Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.10 to 12 and Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of U.P. 2. Considering the assertions made in the interlocutory application and submissions put forth by Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh, the time is extended till 15th January, 2015, to make good the deposit before the Registry of the Court. Be it stated, learned counsel for the said respondents submitted that he has got two demand drafts of Rs.10 lacs each and he may be permitted to deposit the same within two days. Liberty is granted to do so. The balance amount of Rs.10 lacs shall be deposited by 15th January, 2015. 3. Let the matter be listed on 11th February, 2015, at 2.00 p.m. 4. The interlocutory application is disposed of with the above direction. 5. Be it stated, though there are enormous prayers in the interlocutory application, learned counsel for the applicants/respondents does not press them and rightly so, as that is not the subject matter of the present writ petition.
