JUDGMENT : - P.S. Rana, J. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that direction be issued to the learned trial Court for expeditious disposal of the present case. Case registered under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 IPC vide FIR No. 65/13 dated 27.5.2013 Police Station Jawali District Kangra (H.P) is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge (II) Kangra at Dharmshala. It is well settled law that every accused has legal right for expeditious disposal of his case. Case is pending since 2013. Same required expeditious disposal. Learned trial Court is directed to hear the case on day to day basis and decide the same within two months positively. It is further clarified that the service of prosecution witnesses be effected by way of some special messenger. In view of the above stated facts present bail application is disposed of.
