JUDGMENT Mrs. Sabina, J.: - Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 196 dated 14.10.2013 under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot. Heard. 2. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory Annexure P-11 wherein it had been opined that the disputed signatures and writing of the deceased did not match with his standard signatures and writing. Challan has already been presented in this case and charge has been framed against the petitioner. Conclusion of trial may take time. It has also been transpired during the course of arguments that petitioner is under treatment in Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed.
