JUDGMENT : None appears for the petitioner. 2. Shri Swapnil Ganguly, Deputy Government Advocate for the respondents-State. 3. The relief claimed in this petition, filed as public interest litigation, is to implement the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and other incidental reliefs. 4. It is noticed that the Association of which the petitioner is the Regional Director, made representation to the Commissioner (Respondent No.2) on 27th November, 2013 (Annexure P-7 at page 35). There is nothing to indicate that the Commissioner has examined the said representation and proceeded in the matter if the situation so warranted. 5. As a result, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with direction to respondent No.2 to examine the representation dated 27th November, 2013 (Annexure P-7 at page 35) submitted by the petitioner and further representation to be filed by the petitioner before him within four weeks from today. The Commissioner shall inquire into those matters as expeditiously as possible and in any case, not later than six weeks from the receipt of the further representation to be made by the petitioner in terms of this order or 10 weeks from today, whichever is earlier. We are not expressing any opinion either way on the merits of the controversy. All questions raised by the petitioner in that behalf, are left open. Disposed of accordingly.
