JUDGMENT : None for the appellants. It being an old appeal is listed today for admission. 2. In view of the provision of Order 41 Rule 17 of CPC, in the absence of the appellants' counsel, the appeal could not be considered on merits for admission. It is also apparent that on dated 18.6.2014, Shri R.S.Sahu, learned counsel by giving his appearance had taken time to file his Vakalatnama in the matter but it appears that the same has not been filed by him also. So in such premises, it is apparent that inspite giving the appearance, such counsel is also not present today even for taking adjournment. Accordingly, such counsel has not shown such courtesy before the Court to take any further adjournment. In such premises, in the present old matter, there is no option with the Court except to dismiss the same for want of prosecution. 3. Consequently, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to the costs.
