JUDGMENT : Taking into consideration the frequent adjournments sought for and granted since 18.11.2005, it was ordered on 9.10.2014 that 'Learned counsel for the appellants prayed for and is granted two weeks time to argue the appeal on admission, with a clear stipulation that no further time would be allowed for the said purpose. 2. The matter when was taken up in the first round, adjournment was sought by learned counsel for the appellant. However, when faced with the order dated 9.10.2014 it was prayed that the matter be taken up in the second round. In second round no one appeared for the appellant. The appeal was, therefore, passed over. When the appeal is taken up in third round no one appeared. 3. The appellant, it appears, is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
