JUDGMENT : Heard. 2. By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Bhagwantpura Janpad Panchayat Palera Tehsil Lidhora District Tikamgarh is seeking direction to the respondent no.3 to transfer the respondent no.5 from the post of Panchayat Secretary of the said village to some other village Panchayat. 3. On perusal of the annexures filed along with the writ petition, it reflects that in the Writ Appeal No. 689/2013 filed at the instance of the respondent no.5, there is an order of status quo in respect of the post of Panchayat Karmi and it has been directed that the persons, who are working on date shall continue to work. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out as to whether the said order has been vacated by the Division Bench. 5. In the circumstances, with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief, this petition is disposed of.
