ORDER : On 27.01.2014, it was recorded that the Chairman of the Steering Committee set up under Babu Jagjivan Ram Chhatrawas Yojana has submitted his report pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2013. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on that day, submitted that the petitioner accepts the report. However, at the same time, learned counsel submitted that the report does not address the diverse issues raised in the Writ Petition. 3. Today when we requested the learned counsel for the petitioner to inform us what were the issues that were not addressed, it was pointed out that some facilities have not been provided. Learned counsel for the petitioner was not in a position to explain what are the facilities that have not been provided. He requested for some time. 4. Time of six weeks is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner subject to payment of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as costs to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. The costs to be paid within four weeks from today and will be utilised for juvenile justice issues. 5. List the matter after six weeks.
