JUDGMENT: This application under section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed seeking restoration of Criminal Revision No.2139/2013 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of court order. 2. Considering the reasons so stated in the application which is supported by affidavit, this application seeking restoration of Criminal Revision No.2139/2013 is allowed. Let Criminal Revision No.2139/2013 be restored to original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/-. Amount of cost be deposited in the High Court Legal Services Committee within seven working days from today. 3. It is further directed that the defect to which revision was dismissed shall be rectified within seven working days from the date of restoration. Accordingly this application is disposed of.
