JUDGMENT: Earlier this matter was listed on 9.1.2014 but no one was present to prosecute the same, on which the case was adjourned. Pursuant to that, it was listed on 3.9.2014. On such date again it was adjourned with a direction to list the matter after issuing the SPC to the appellant and it appears from the B-Part of the file that the matter is listed today after issuing the SPC to the appellant vide office-note 9.9.2014, but it is apparent fact that inspite such SPC, no one is present today to prosecute this matter. In such premises, it appears that the appellant is no more interested in prosecuting this appeal. Consequently, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
