Judgment : When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo, and further sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
