ORDER : Shri Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General for India, states that the respondents-herein have taken steps to fill up the posts of the Central Vigilance Commissioner and Vigilance Commissioner. 2. He further states that several applications have been received from the aspirants for the aforesaid posts. If that is so, we permit them to proceed further in the matter but before any appointments are made they would take the leave of the Court. 3. Call this writ petition on 14th January, 2015. 4. We grant liberty to both sides to file further affidavits, if they so desire. 5. De-tag S.L.P. (C) No.24328 of 2014 and be listed on 14th January, 2015 as a separate item.
