JUDGMENT This is an application for review of the judgment and order dated 9.4.2013. 2. The review petitioner appears in person. He intends to address on merit again in the light of the prayer made in the original writ petition. Power conferred to this Court to review its judgment does not confer jurisdiction with regard to de novo hearing. There appears to be no error apparent at the face of record which may call for review under Order XLVII Rule 1 C.P.C.. Under the garb of review, the applicant may not be permitted to de novo hearing of the matter which has been decided by this Court. The application, being devoid of merit, is rejected.
