JUDGMENT Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after calling of progress report vide order dated 2.1.2014, investigating officer has filed negative final report before the court below on 6.1.2014 which is malafide act on the part of the investigating officer. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that prior to order dated 2.1.2014, on 24.12.2013, negative final report was prepared and after necessary permission, it was submitted before the court below. Be that as it may, facts remains the same, final report has been filed before the court below, present petitioner is at liberty to agitate his grievance before the competent court. Hence this petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
