Judgment V. Dhanapalan, J. 1. This Habeas Corpus Petition was listed for admission on 25.04.2014. On the said date, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter stood adjourned to next week. When the case was taken up for hearing on 30.04.2014, again none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Finally, it was on 02.06.2014 that the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' after two weeks, owing to non appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Even today, inspite of the fact that the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', neither the petitioner nor his counsel appeared before this Court to prosecute the case. 3. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
