Judgment 1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to release the petitioner's vehicle namely Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No. TN 19 Y 8341 forthwith. 2. Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents dated 08.05.2014, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
