ORDER Mr.Anil Upman, for the petitioners Mr.Tej Prakash Sharma Special Public Prosecutor Learned Special Public Prosecutor has submitted that the competent authority and administration vide order no.F.No.CA/DL/NDPS/13/13-14/1074 dated 21.10.2013 has not confirmed seizure of locker contained in lock no 53 of Union Bank of India and he further submitted that they will hand over the keys of the locker to the present petitioner, hence no order is needed to be passed. In view of the submission of learned Special Public Prosecutor, this petition has become infructuous. Order of the concerned authority has been placed on record by learned Special Public Prosecutor.
