JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J. In pursuance of an earlier order passed by the Division Bench on 27 January 2014, the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board has, after a site verification, passed the impugned order dated 18 April 2014 of its Member Secretary. The order notices that the brick kiln in respect of which a complaint is made before the Court does not fall within the prohibitory distance as specified in the Uttar Pradesh Brick Kilns (Site Criteria For Establishment) Rules, 2012. Since a detailed factual analysis has been carried out by the Pollution Control Board and no material to the contrary has been produced before the Court in these proceedings, we decline to interfere in this petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
