JUDGMENT Mr. Ajay Tewari, J (Oral):- This order shall dispose of CRM-M Nos.31044 and 32894 of 2014, as these petitions arise from the same FIR. 2. The petitioners seek grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 104, dated 11.8.2014, registered under Section 16/61/85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra. 3. As per the FIR, 2 ½ kgs of poppy husk was recovered from the petitioners. 4. Counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners have now been in custody since 11.8.2014 and the recovered contraband is marginally above the small quantity and that no other case is pending against the petitioners. 5. Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from SI Ishwar Singh, has accepted these factual assertions. 6. Keeping in view the period of custody already suffered by the petitioners and without commenting upon the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioners. 7. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Kurukshetra. 8. Petitions stand disposed of. ------------------
