Judgment V. Ramasubramanian, J. 1. The petitioner gave applications to the respondents on 06.06.2014 seeking the issue of community certificate to his two daughters. Thereafter, he has come up with the above writ petition seeking the issue of a Writ of Mandamus. 2. Heard Mr. P. Pethu Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. A.K. Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. The claim of the petitioner is that he and his brother have community certificates to the effect that they belong to the Hindu Kattunayakkan community. His first daughter is undergoing a Bachelor Degree of Engineering course and his second daughter is in the 12th standard. The petitioner has applied for the issue of community certificate. According to the petitioner, the Village Administrative Officer has already enquired him. 4. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry on the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
