Judgment : 1. The Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate and to file the final report in Crime No.286 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2. Heard both sides. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over and he seeks two months time to file the final report. 4. Recording the submission made, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
